How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
We use the information that you have given us in order to look after your child/children once on the premises, to ensure the Nursery is safe and secure and that the contents of the nursery are safe and secure.
We may share this information with the professionals connected to your child’s care and with your permission on the Facebook page

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep the children’s personal information up until their 21st Birthday, we store the CCTV images on a cloud for 90 days. We will then dispose your information by Confidential Shredding for all paperwork and permeant deletion of emails. Ring automatically delete the storage after 90 days after capture.
